Kingston Madison’s first buck

Young hunter’s buck was in full velvet

Youth Day was a big success for 7-year-old Kingston Madison of Sumter, SC. He killed his first buck on Aug. 12, 2023, and it was in full velvet. He killed the deer in Sumter County and had it processed at Peach Orchard Processing in Dalzell. The young hunter was proud of the feat, but his dad may have been even more proud.

“Proud dad moment here. Can’t wipe the smile off neither one of our faces!” said Darren Madison, Kingston’s dad.
