.50 caliber flintlock rifle made for rewarding hunt
Derek Horner killed a Franklin County 8-point buck on Nov. 9, 2023. And he did it in a way that made for a most satisfying hunt.
“I shot the buck with a .50 caliber Flintlock Kentucky Long Rifle Musket,” he said. “So many hours in the stand, and flashes in the pan, learning how to use this flintlock before I finally got one!”
