My Daughter Bryleigh got her first ever deer in youth weekend in Person County on Sept 24 2022. She went with me (her mother) and her bonus dad to a setup in the woods in a blind. We were in there for about an hour with the 6 pointer and a 4 pointer came out. We got her her lined up on the 6 pointer because we thought it was be an awesome story for her getting her first ever deer and it was a 6 pointer and she is 6. She lined up the H&R 223 and smoked him. He went about 75 yards into the woods where we found him! She was so proud of herself and excited. It will be a memory that none of us will ever forget.
