This Buck walked up to me while I was getting up the tree yesterday. I had just attached my 2nd stick when I saw him. I slowly pulled up my bow, had to hold it in my teeth while I put on my release and nocked an arrow. As soon as I got my stuff ready he walked broadside down a creek bed at 8 yards. Put one through him and he hardly reacted so I was able to put a 2nd in him. He went about 25 yards.
Hard scouting and hard aggressive hunting pays off.
I love this time of year!
