Surf fishing on Shark Island, followed by a fish fry

Shark Island is an island that shifts with the tides off the coast of North Carolina. It’s one of those places that can look vastly different than it did the last time you saw it. But it’s always a great place to surf fish for red drum. Chris Douglas with Carolina ALL OUT kicks it up a notch in this episode, bringing along his Carolina Cooker to cook up those fillets. It doesn’t get any fresher than this!
