Robert Furr of Sneads Ferry North Carolina caught an 8.8lb sheepshead on October 4th, 2025, while fishing in Ocean Isle Beach NC with friends. The fish was caught on a sheepshead jig with a live fiddler crab and weighed at OIFC.
