Patrick Cotter’s striped bass

Patrick Cotter holds up a striped bass caught near Jamesville on the Roanoke River while targeting striped bass returning from the spawn run to the Abermarle Sound. Six were caught using soft style swim baits all in the 23-25 inch range .
