Cherokee trout are biting great right now

Fall fishing in Cherokee means quality trout

The trout fishing in Cherokee is great right now. And that’s for several reasons. In this video, the folks from Pautzke Baits talk about the different creeks they’re fishing that provide easy access and great fishing.

These waters are regularly stocked with trout. And in the fall, fewer people are exploring the waterways and roadways of this western North Carolina area. That means more fish for those on the water. Some of these fish are small, but as the Pautzke crew shows, some of the trout are big and healthy. Either way, fishing this area means beautiful scenery and fun fishing. And it doesn’t require specialized gear or long hikes.
