Big bass earns Photo of the Week honors for Dalton Flowers

Our Photo of the Week for the week ending May 28 is this photo of Dalton Flowers and his dad Bradley Flowers holding the youngster’s 9-pound, 5-ounce bass. He caught the fish with a Zebco Dock Demon kid’s rod and a 1/8-ounce Ned Rig.

The fish was 25 3/8 inches long.

“Morning of a lifetime the Lord blessed us with. Dalton caught a bigger bass than I’ve ever caught — 9 pounds, 5 ounces. He beat me by 2 ounces and I couldn’t be happier,” said Bradley Flowers.
