I had just lost my father suddenly 2 months prior to our trip in May 2019. I wanted to get away and visit my second home Cape Hatteras, NC. Myself and 3 friends went out for a day trip outside of Buxton NC. Justin Waterfield our captain knew the spot to be obviously! We ended up catching a dozen Spanish, kings, and this slob of a cobia. 93.2 pounds!!! More than doubling the NC citation minimum of 40 pounds.
