12th Annual S.C. National Archery in School Program State Bullseye Tournament

The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) is hosting the 12th Annual S.C. National Archery in the Schools Program (S.C. NASP) State Bullseye Tournament March 28, 2017, through March 30, 2017, at the Sumter Civic Center.

The elementary school division will compete on March 28, middle school will compete on March 29, and the high school division will compete on March 30. The S.C. NASP IBO 3-D Challenge Tournament will be hosted in conjunction with the S.C. NASP tournament for the first time and at the same location.

More than 2,000 archers registered for the five SCDNR-hosted regional tournaments across the state last month, and 1,080 archers were top finishers from all regionals combined. Those top finishers were invited to participate in this year’s state tournament.

Archery flights begin at 9 a.m. and end at 4 p.m. each day, followed by awards. Spectators are welcome free of admission.

The official 2017 tournament shirt was designed by Lindsey Stephens, a high school freshman and archer on the Carolina Warriors team.
