    IFA Atlantic Division events set for Aug. 16-17

    MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. (August 6, 2014) – Inshore anglers from across South Carolina and surrounding regions will meet at Georgetown, South Carolina, on Aug. 16-17 for the final 2014 Atlantic Division events of the IFA Redfish Tour Presented by Cabela’s and IFA Kayak Fishing Tour Presented by Hobie Fishing.

    Both tour events will operate out of Campbell Marine Complex (Hwy 17 S. at Sampit River Bridge, Georgetown, SC 29440). The IFA Redfish Tour Presented by Cabela’s will begin its activities on Friday, Aug. 15, with tournament registration from 5-7 p.m. followed by the captain’s meeting. Anglers will launch from Campbell Marine Complex at safe light on Saturday, Aug. 16. Check-in times will be assigned at Friday’s captain’s meeting with anglers returning to Campbell Marine Complex for weigh-in.

    Competitors in the IFA Kayak Fishing Tour Presented by Hobie Fishing will have registration from 6-7 p.m. with captains meeting to follow on Saturday, Aug. 16, at Campbell Marine Complex. Anglers will launch Sunday from the location of their choice. The weigh-in will be held at the Quality Inn & Suites (210 Church St., Georgetown, SC 29440) and check-in times will be announced at Saturday’s captain’s meeting.

    Continuing to draw inshore anglers from Texas to the Carolinas, both IFA Redfish Tours include five different divisions, each with a two-event regular season. With budget-friendly entry fees, both tours offer opportunities to compete close to home while keeping anglers’ expenses to a minimum.

    HOUMA (LA.) SET TO HOST 2013 IFA CHAMPIONSHIP EVENTS
    IFA Redfish, Kayak Tours return to legendary inshore fishery

    MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. (Oct. 7, 2013) – Two of the fastest-growing inshore fishing tournaments will stage their 2013 championship events in Houma, La. With increased payouts and contingency prizes for the championship events the IFA Redfish Tour Presented by Cabela’s and the IFA Kayak Fishing Tour Presented by Hobie Fishing arrive in Louisiana this October.

    The IFA Kayak Fishing Tour Championship event will begin with registration on Thursday, Oct. 17, at 5-7 p.m. at Quality Hotel of Houma (210 S. Hollywood Rd., Houma, LA 70360) followed by the captain’s meeting. Anglers will launch Friday and Saturday from the location of their choice and return to Quality Hotel of Houma for the weigh-ins each day. Check-in times will be announced at the captain’s meeting on Thursday.

    The IFA Redfish Tour Championship will run October 25-26 (Friday and Saturday), with a pre-tournament captains meeting on Thursday, Oct. 24, at 5-7 p.m. at the Quality Hotel of Houma with the captain’s meeting following registration. Anglers will launch at safe light each day from Falgout Canal Marina (1868 Doctor Beatrous Rd., Theriot, LA 70397) and return to the marina for each day’s weigh-in.

    All anglers who fished at least two regular-season kayak events will qualify for the $50 entry-fee championship. First-place prize at the IFA Kayak Championship Presented by Hobie Fishing, regardless of field size, is a Hobie Mirage Pro Angler kayak valued at $2,549. Second and third place finishers will be awarded cash prizes of $1,500 and $750, respectively, with a Hobie Advantage Prize of $1,000 going to the highest-place finish for an angler competing out of a Hobie kayak.

    Teams fishing any two of the IFA Redfish Tour’s 10 regular-season events are automatically qualified for a $250 entry-fee championship event, pitting qualifiers from each of the five divisions for lucrative payouts and prize packages. The Divisional Teams of the Year will also compete for the coveted Cabela’s Overall Team of the Year Award.

    The 2013 IFA Redfish Tour Championship will award first and second-place finishers, guaranteed, with a Ranger 184 Ghost w/a Yamaha 150HP Package ($45,000) and a Ranger Banshee Extreme w/a Yamaha 60HP ($30,000). Cabela’s Overall Team of the Year will receive a check from Cabela’s for $5,000.

    A reminder to our IFA Redfish Tour Anglers about the 2013 Championship participation requirements.

    The 2013 Championship is open to all IFA members who have fished two events in 2013 with the same partner, who will be your Team Partner in the 2013 Championship. Please note that in 2013 you may not use an alternate in any event, as has been written in our rules posted this season.

    If a team has not yet participated in their two events, they may sign up with their Team Partner and qualify for the 2013 Championship in Houma by paying for the season final Ruskin, FL. Event no later than 7:00 PM, Friday September 13th, 2013.

    IFA REDFISH/KAYAK TOURS RETURN TO CHARLESTON, S.C.
    IFA Atlantic Division events set for June 8th-9th, 2013

    MOUNTAIN HOME, AR. (May 9th, 2013) - Inshore anglers from across South Carolina and surrounding regions will meet at Charleston, S.C.,
    June 8th-9th for the 2013 Atlantic Division season-opening events of the IFA Redfish Tour Presented by Cabela's and IFA Kayak Fishing Tour Presented by Hobie Fishing.

    Both tour events will operate out of Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina, 24 Patriots Point Road, Mount Pleasant, S.C. The IFA Redfish Tour Presented by Cabela's will begin its activities on Friday, June 7th, with tournament registration from 5-7 p.m. followed by the captain's meeting. Anglers will launch from The Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina at safe light on Saturday, June 8th, with check-in times assigned at Friday's captain's meeting.

    Competitors in the IFA Kayak Fishing Tour Presented by Hobie Fishing will have registration from 6-7 p.m. with captains meeting to follow on Saturday, June 8th, at The Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina. Anglers will launch Sunday from the location of their choice. Weigh-ins will be at The Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina. Check in times will be announced at Saturday's captain's meeting.

    Continuing to draw inshore anglers from Texas to the Carolinas, both IFA Redfish Tours include five different divisions, each with a two-event regular season. With budget-friendly entry fees, the two tours offer opportunities to compete close to home while keeping anglers' expenses to a minimum.

    IFA Redfish Tour Atlantic SC/GA 2013 Events - Bonus prize for two event signup
    The Inshore Fishing Association (IFA) Redfish Tour presented by Cabela's recently announced the 2013 tour schedule, complete with lower tournament entry fees and 200 percent payback. The schedule includes two regular-season events in each of the tour's five divisions and guarantees a fully-rigged Ranger/Yamaha boat package, valued at $30,000, for first place at each stop.

    The IFA Redfish Tour kicks off on March 16 at Placida, Fla., and wraps up the 2013 regular season at Ruskin, Fla., on Sept. 14. The two-day, $250 entry-fee championship event is set for Oct. 24-26 at Houma, La.

    Tournament registration for the 2013 season is currently underway and the field size for each event will be limited to the first 100 boats that register.
    In addition, any angler that signs up for two or more events by March 1 will be entered in a drawing for a free Power-Pole shallow water anchor.

    The IFA Kayak Tour offers unprecedented sponsor bonuses, television coverage and over 100% payback at each event.
    The Inshore Fishing Association (IFA) Kayak Fishing Tour presented by Hobie Fishing recently unveiled
    the official 2013 tournament schedule, complete with lower tournament entry fees and over
