  • White Perch fishing here on Lake Murray is on fire!
Overcast days put these fish up into the 15 to 20 foot range, and the action on half ounce Berry's Flex it spoons is fast and furious! Sunny Days puts them out into the 25 to 35 foot range. Great action! just out deeper!! These fish are some great eating! Pure white meat! Get on out and take advantage of this fishing while you can!

this lake changes every year, since the hydrilla has been gone. the bream seem to move deep after the spring. i catch them off of the points in 15 to 20 feet of water! the other thing is you are going to catch white perch and catfish right along with them in water that deep!! If your catching nothing but those pesky white perch, i move to another spot. i only use redworms on split shot rigs, but you could try some crickets also! Good luck!!
