Since hunting season has left us behind. Wanted to post a few pics from our latest offshore excursions. Wahoos were in South Carolina in April and the marlin was in cabo San Lucas last week. Small wahoo I'm holding was mid fifties based on a mega boga grip. Big wahoo was 72# at the dock. Striped marlin was released. Somewhere around 100#.

    Mmm. We're still eating wahoo..........,,

Those are some nice ones. Fishing is fun no matter what you're catching, but ones like that are definitely a plus.

I love catching anything salty, whether it be dolphin, wahoo, tuna, or any bottom fish, but fishing is fishing, and its always fun.

Last week i had a ball by myself on a delayed harvest stream. fishing barbless hooks on 2 lb test with my ultra light. just as happy as i could be.

P.S. I caught 15 in a few hours last week so i had the bright idea to take my wife back yesterday. 5 hours later she had the only fish of the day and we called it. Still had a great time wading around with the wife just enjoy fishing, but not much catching. :)

    time with the wife
Quality time with the wife is always good :) And if you get to fish a little together, even better. I couldn't pay my husband to fish with me,lol. He says I burnt him out on it because I never know when to give up.
