I shot this video after having my bow-smith put the new Flightwire by First String, strings and cables on my Hoyt TrykonXL. I chronographed this set up at 294fps. I\\\'m not making excuses but I have not shot my bow since the end of Turkey season.I shot 4 arrows two rounds at 55 yards and 1 round at 30 yards to make sure my sight tape was close and then shot this video. I was pretty happy with the set-up....now it\\\'s time to shoot, shoot, shoot to get my form back.I was surprised that the first arrow shot was the Rage 2 blade practice tip and how well it flies. The second and third shots I pulled and the fourth clipped a hanging branch (the arc on the shot was 7 feet high) and hit the top of the target....so I\\\'ll cheat and say I hit 4 for 4. Note the penetration at this distance!! The camera I used was the JVC HD Everio with 40x digital zoom!

Hey GT, I'm new at this video stuff. You need to give me some lessons like you did with Turkey Hunting....lol! The video didn't upload real smooth. I don't know if it was the resolution I uploaded at or what but the video on the camera is seamless.

Well you have it set to private so It wont upload and where did you upload it to? I can't find it on youtube but you can edit the video in enhancements but first need to see it...My Sony has a image stabilizer for Video...Does your JVC? At youtube can be funny with Video uploads..I have uploaded some that looked fine but Dance when I share them.

Yes the camera has a stabilizer and I noticed that Youtube was asking if I wanted them to Stabilize the video.
The video is showing up on the Sportsman on my page in reports!

Whe I first uploaded to the sportsman it didn't show up on the report screen but when I clicked read more it came up.

Your Welcome Man, No Problem....At first I read 294fps and then the dump of the string and then.............Thwack!! I instantly thought...His chrono is wrong!! lol But yeah that was out there...You dropped that first one right in there...Not bad...Last year we were shooting at hay bales that were wayyyy out there...Alot of Fun but did loose a arrow inside 1 lol...I remember thinking that when the farmer finds the arrow laying there that he's gonna start looking towards the sky lol....Good Luck Man
