    The Catawba Catfish Club will be kicking off the new 2013-2014 season on Saturday September 14,2013 at Lake Wateree,S.C…This tournament will be out of the Lake Wateree State Park..
    Sign In will from 5:00am - 6:45am
    Tournament Hours will be from 7:00am - 3:00pm..Weigh In will begin at 3:30pm.
    Entry Fee: $30 Per Person{$20 to Total Pot,$5 to Points and Big Fish of Year Fund,$5 to Catawba Catfish Club Operation Fund}
    Optional Big Fish Pot-$10 Per Boat
    3 Catfish Weigh In…All Catfish Must be weighed in ALIVE{No Exceptions}
    All Catawba Catfish Club tournaments are Open to the Public and All are invited to come out and join us.
    We look forward to getting the new season started,please remember that there have been a couple of changes as far as the “Points Awarded” per tournament and to the Rule on “Team Members”…All other Rules and Payouts stay the same this year..Please be sure to Read and Understand each rule so there will be no questions on your part or your Team.
    Please be advised also to the new SCDNR Rule on what is allowed to be used for Bait,This is very Important to Know and Understand..Hint:{Polygraphing}

    Catawba Catfish Club 9-14-13 Results
    The Catawba Catfish Club had our first Tournament of the 2013-2014 Season today{9-14-13} on Lake Wateree,SC…We had 28 Boats comprised of 62 Anglers turn out and fish today.All were competing for a Total Pot of $1240 and a Big Fish Pot of $270 as 27 of 28 Boats entered that.
    We had Cool Temperature to start the day after a Cold Front passed through on Friday,Temps were in the Mid 50s to Start and a High of around 76 to end the day.We had a Stiff breeze blowing thru the morning hours that slowed to a slight breeze in the afternoon hours.
    In the end we had 24 of 28 boats weigh in with Team Reelin Da Blues picking up where they left off last year and picking up another win with a 3 Fish Total of 85.50.
    Team Troller won the Big Fish Pot with a 50.20 lb Blue caught by Bill Ward.
