Well Im done for now. I called TRuglo to see if they had data anywhere avalible to see what load worked best in there gobblestopper ported choke he said no data is to be had. I bought some hevi magnum and it too basicly had no pattern at 30 yards.. they asked if I could adjust my sights. I said without a pattern there is no adjustment. They said If you dont like it bring it back... Basicly there chokes suck and Im just gonna shoot under 30 yards.

    No pattern
Something to check might be your barrel. Bought my daughter a 20ga a few years ago and would not pattern with anything. Had a friend of mine who is a gunsmith check it for me and come to find out the barrel was bent by a 16th of an inch maybe. He used a rod to test and straighten it. After that at 30 yards with 5 shot blew holes in plywood with factory full choke. Turkey choke made it where I can put over 40 pellets in a turkey target at 40 yards. Just something to look at. Shotgun barrels are not as sturdy as rifles. With remington 20 I use primos jelly head choke and kent ammo 6 shot. Excellent patten for my daughter

    maybe!!
I cleaned the barrel and inspected it, and it shined but had obvious high and low spots ..it was rough. Todays products are a far cry from years past . Fit and finish on this gun is lame for 400$$$$

    Barrel check
I didn't know mine was off until he checked it. If you can find the dowel that is the same diameter of the barrel to see if it slides all the way down. Mine stopped in one section he torqued the barrel just a bit and it slid the rest of the way down. Only off a little but it made a huge difference in the gun. Could not get it to pattern at all and was ready to sale gun until he told me to let him see it. You never know

Jager...new Gun??? Did you give it a good cleaning before the first shot to remove the oil and residue from the factory? Alot of people shoot Brand new Guns and actually bond this matter to the metal from the heat...Give it a real Good cleaning and try again...Like SD said...There could be a flaw somewhere but I hope not...I use a scope and had to about bottom the Up/Down Turret out to get it where I needed it...Try a $20 Tight Wad Choke and I think you'll be impressed...Walmart has them and if ya don't like it...Take it back...Good Luck!!!
