    If you haven't had em this way, then you really haven't had them!!

    Mike Johnson, Manager of The Clinton House Plantation taught me a little something about cooking on the grill with my favorite upland game bird.

    Fillet the breasts off
    Flatten out with palm of hand
    Spread Cream Cheese on the end
    add a sliver of pepper ( Jalepeno, Red, Yellow)
    Roll it up
    Wrap with bacon
    and poke with a toothpick!

    SIMPLY AMAZING !!!

    They are ready when the bacon is ready!

    Cook them slow on a low heat for Breast Results!
