LOL @ GT, so you want a play by play huh. LOL ok. Well, I went out to my stand in a tall grass field where I videod this deer back in the summer. I saw a couple of small bucks and a doe and just when I thought the hunt was gonna be over, here he came bouncing through the field in front of me. So I grunted at him, turned my sight master sight to 48 yds. and let the arrow fly. I saw my luminok hit him right behing the shoulder and he hunched up and ran across the field. But I never seen him leave the field so I figured he was hit good. I waited 2 hrs just to be safe and me and a few friends and family went back and we recovered him within 5 minutes. It was an awesome hunt. And the longest shot I ever made as well. Im glad the Good Lord guided that arrow swift and true and blessed me with another fine trophy. He gross scored 121 and weighed 183 lbs. He was a beast of a deer as far as weight.

Shot 1 for YEARS!!! until I switched to a HHA...Your have the 1 inch cross-hair?? That was a great shot and a great Buck...Congrats and Good luck on number 2...I've yet to let a arrow go at anything but that's typical with the land I hunt...Holler at me!!!

Its been kinda slow the rest of the week for me but I have seen deer every time out so I guess I cant complain too much.

@Dianne- I am planning on taking my little boy hunting some this season in our box blind we got so hopefully the box will muffle some of the noise I know He is gonna be making LOL.

Hope everyone has a safe and successful season!
