    Bow Season
Like Bear Ice said, I wouldn't worry about it much right now...Still have a little ways to go b4 the season. Plus most of the deer you see right now will not be in the same area when that velvet comes off. As far as that buck I would say around 100 maybe. He doesn't have width, mass, or long tine length. He appears to have a good body on him though......

    Dude, don't sweat it!!
No matter what deer you have in your woods, don't even worry about it. Enjoy hunting and if you have the chance at a bruiser, whack him!! If you intend on hunting for a big guy, enjoy it too, learn something ever time you go out and remember it for next time. Life is to short to stress about something you should enjoy.

    Thats right
NCSTICK hit it on the head. As well as the others. The few I have on the wall I never had on camera. I usually pull mine out during the season just incase it spokes them. Cause its easy to get disappointed when you dont have any big deer on camera. And I like the excitement of not actually knowing whats out there as long as I got good sign around going into the rut my imagination does the rest and keeps the drive going lol.

AMEN Guys and Antnee Like You, Until my 8 last year, I didn't have any luck taking the Bucks that I had got on Film..DCB has witnessed this many times like myself...Hang around all Summer then vanish lol...Like NCStick said...The Memories are what makes my Hunts..I'm not gonna get married to a stand because a Nice buck went by my camera lol

I have thought about what you said on more than one occasion. Trail cameras are a valuable tool but they do not kill big bucks for you. There is still plenty of work and luck that goes into killing big deer. Although I use cameras, not once have I killed a buck I had on camera.....They certainly do help and if you can get a consistent daytime pattern during the season there is a good chance you will see that buck if you play your cards right....

At the same time, now, when I pull those cards and see no shooters I get a little down even though I know deer move into their fall ranges and run around everywhere during the rut. I also know that just b/c you don't have a pic doesn't mean they are not there.....Before I started using cameras, I was always super excited knowing that anything could be wondering around the woods...I just love seeing the pictures though which is why I will use them as long as I can....
