    BOOTS
BOOTS!!! What do you consider inexpensive? Bass Pro sells the 400 Gram REDHEAD Brand for around $20 to $40 Bucks come season but they only last about a season, They crack and tear very easy about the time you get them broke in... I myself Love Lacrosse AlphaBurly Sport...I have 3 pair and man, They fit like a shoe in my opinion. You can get a Pair on Ebay at times for around $100 NEW!!...A few years ago I found them at wing supply in Obsession camo on Sale for $58!!! That's also The Boot I wear Turkey hunting in the uninsulated version and I wish I would have bought more because the Obsession Alphas have been discontinued Now. I have a Pair of 800 Gram in APG as well as a Pair in 1500 Gram for the really Cold Days but I tell ya..I myself have never needed anything more than 800 myself, Creek and Viper were wearing the 1500 grams when we Bow Hunted in Anson lol..I remember thinking...There's no way I could do that the way my feet sweat lol...Just remember that the more comfortable your feet are the better hunt you will have...You only have 1 pair of Feet and I have always tried to keep my feet happy...Even the uninsulated Lacrosse will get Hot in Turkey season but I keep a extra pair of socks in my vest...I stop and soak my feet in a cool stream and after the fresh Socks, I'm ready for the rest of the day!!! Heres me with my Alphas this past season....LOVE THEM!!!!!!

    Superlite Argon
I really like my Superlite Argon rubber boots. I wear a size 13 and these boots weigh 1/2 of what my last pair weighed. I will say that they are more of a cold weather boot but I guess you could take the liners out. They don't bother me so I always leave them in.
I would try wearing a pair around the store while you looked @ other things. I personally want a good rubber boot that is light (as it can be) and wears like a tennis shoe. Just my .02

I was looking at the Muck boots first until I found the Superlites - mostly for the cost.
I got mine off of ebay - one of the sellers had them for $99 or best offer and I sent them a $60 offer and they took it. :) Works for me. Only thing is I think they run a bit small so I had to send mine back for a larger size. I was still happy with the deal. Also I have a narrow foot and they fit me great but anybody with a wide foot would probably not like them.

The 13's says out of stock online and the 8's & 9's just say out of stock.
I was thinking I might get me a pair of the 13's until it said that.

    Boots
Well I cannot speak to highly about Lacrosse boots durability but as far as comfort I loved them. I had the Alpha somethings and they were $140 and they lasted just over a year. I didn't even use them a lot. Next thing I know I had cracks coming in them at almost every seem....I must have just got a faulty pair I guess. I now have the Rocky Mudsox and so far I like them. They made it through turkey season so we will see how they do from now through deer season. The only time I wear them or wore the Lacrosse boots was while I was hunting. When I took them of they were taken inside so it was not like I left them out in the sun...
