    moon eyes
I used to catch walleyes on a regular basis years ago on oneida lake in upstate N.Y. they would average 3-5 lbs. 15 to 25' long.obviously some much bigger or smaller. We called them mooneyes because at night we would wade out waste deep at night in the fall of the year and wear a head light on our heads and cast top water baits to them by the shine of their eyes. That kind of fishing was hard to beat. By the way Id put Walleye #3 on the flavor scale yellow perch #2 Crappie #1!!! Freshwater that is. Any way Id love to fish them again .jager...
