    'Twin Towers'
My dad (Pete)72 years young and I were set up on a high heel overlooking a creek bottom where we were working several birds. With the birds being 'Henned Up' and just staying out of gun range, I decided to sneak back over the hardwood ridge while cutting to the hens. Once, the boss hen started answering back, I was able to toll the birds right in view of my dad. As we all know, if the hens come the strutters will follow and man did they. Dad was able to harvest two out of the flock. One being 17.8 lbs with a 9 1/2' beard, and 1' spurs and the other 17.3 lbs with a 9' beard and 1' spurs. Definately a hunt to remember!

    Hens ?
Congrats to your Dad on a Double.
Hens should be nesting and that is what they are now doing in the LowCountry.
UpState must be just a little behind.
