Thought that you guys and gals might be interested in this video. I've been arguing with friends that the closer deer are the more likely they are to jump the string. I filmed by Dad on a bowhunt in Central NC this past weekend. This doe was right at 15 yards. We were in a ground level blind. He knows to aim low, especially at close distances. You can't tell on the fast play really how this all plays out, but in the slow mo, you can see that he was well under her and she dropped right into the shot. Well placed by the old man!
