    Buddy of mine took this 230lb. boar in early April on my club. His first hog. Let em hang in a cooler for 5-7 days makes a big difference on the grill!!! He ate real good!!

    Yeah he made some pretty lean & mean sausage. Not quite enough fat 4 me, but spice was rite!

    That's some primo bacon there. It's usually lean enough it doesn't all shrivel up in the pan. Good job!

    Try Pork fat
    You can probably buy some pork fat thru a local market to mix in with it before grinding to help it cook better. We used to do that with deer meat by mixing one part beef fat with 2 parts deer for some great burgers.
