Father and son kill 10-point bucks on same day

10-point bucks

They killed the 10-point bucks 90 minutes apart

Seth Martin and his dad Mike Martin, both of Thomasville, N.C., run a hunting club in Caswell County. And on the morning of Nov. 18, 2020, they were both hunting in different spots on the property, and they each killed a deer. To make it even more interesting, both of the deer were 10-point bucks.

“We were about 400 yards apart. I killed mine at 7 a.m. pushing a doe. I came out and sat on the four-wheeler to wait on him, overlooking a field. He shot his buck on the way walking out, at about 8:30 a.m. His buck ran across the field in front of me. It was wild,” said Seth.

He then pointed out a funny side note…

“He was hunting my main stand. I was hunting his main stand,” he said.
